To promote the Chinese culture by practicing calligraphy as the foundation, it is necessary to set calligraphy as the main body and theme, which inherits the original Chinese essence and creates the beauty of arts. HUANG Binwu, who is the professor of calligraphy education at the Education and Training Center of the Chinese Hard-tipped Pen Calligraphy Association and a first-class art teacher at Humen Middle School in Dongguan, has been working on the education, promotion, popularization and improvement of writing standard Chinese characters for long. He found during his education practice that the circumstance of students being not able to recognize their own handwritings was becoming prominent, therefore, he devoted himself to studying how to let students write standardized Chinese characters. His work "The three-nine practicing method and 8 words law for writing Chinese charatcers" which was published in September 2014 won the second prize of "National Teaching Achievement Award for Basic Education" from the ministry of education in China. It was the only award winning work in the field of calligraphy education nationally. Mr. Huang has got many awards and honorary titles. He was the special expert of "Let love return home", the education industry alliance of the committee of caring for the next generation in China. He then became the host of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" of the Education and Science in Guangdong Province. He was also the lecturer of the lecturer group of the Calligraphy Education Committee of the Chinese Education Society. "HUANG Binwu's 8 words law for standard Chinese script" was cited into the elementary school group, junior and high school group in "the Forth Student's Standard Chinese Character Writing Competition of Guangdong Province", the Second, Third and Forth "Hard-tipped Pen Writing Skills Competition for College Students of Vocational Education in Guangdong Province" and the First and Second "Hard-tipped Pen Writing Competition for Primary and Middle Schools in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao" as one of the prescribed writing contents in the exam. His paintings and calligraphy works have won over 20 awards home and abroad. He published 8 books and compiled the textbook "Hard-tipped Pen Calligraphy Tutorial" for higher vocational education. Encouraged by the authorities in the field of calligraphy, LIU Zhouren wrote the title of "HUANG Binwu's 8 words law" for his book, who is the honorary vice president of the Chinese Hard-tipped Pen Calligraphy Association and the chairman of the Guangdong Hard-tipped Pen Calligraphy Association. ZHANG Huaqing, chairman of the Chinese Hard-tipped Pen Calligraphy Association, wrote the title of "HUANG Binwu, 3 practices each painting and 12 writings each frame" for the book.

Calligraphy is the writing form of Chinese characters. Having existed when Chinese characters came into being, it has a history of over five or six thousand years. It is recognized as one of the "Four Great National Quintessence" together with martial arts, Chinese medicine and Beijing opera. Calligraphy is also a unique traditional art from China when seen worldwide. UNESCO included "Chinese Calligraphy" in the intangible cultural heritage lists on September 30, 2009. As one of the intangible cultural heritages of human beings, the development of Chinese calligraphy should enter a new era in history. Chinese calligraphy has become a common cultural wealth of all mankind. Hence, it has become the responsibility and obligation of each Chinese to protect and inherit it.

In the long history of thousands of years, the Chinese nation have inherited and developed a splendid national culture with the contributions from numerous cultural sages through ceaseless self-improvement. Chinese calligraphy is the most representative cultural symbol of the Chinese nation. Many calligraphy masters have left us with a vast treasure of calligraphy's masterpieces, knowledge and experience, which have become our precious spiritual and cultural wealth. We need to create the new splendor based on the inheritance of traditions. Not only is it a precious treasure of the Chinese people, but it is also the treasure of the world. As one of the greatest gems of mankind, Chinese calligraphy shines like a bright pearl in the world of culture.
